Emergency Service Line
The emergency service line is provided for urgent sewer issues that require immediate attention outside normal business hours, such as sewer backups, main breaks, or situations that threaten health, safety, or property.
Calls to this line are NOT for routine questions, billing inquiries, or non-urgent maintenance requests.
If a customer uses the emergency line for non-emergency matters—such as routine service requests, account questions, or situations caused by the customer’s own private plumbing—the utility may apply service call charges or other fees to the customer’s account to recover the cost of the unnecessary after-hours response.
